If you are accepted into the program, the items I will need are below:

 

- A copy of your ID

- Copy of the police report

- Copy of Cobb County diversion program approval letter

 

Once I receive all your paperwork, your assessment will be evaluated.  Based on your results, if you need additional counseling sessions, it will be $45 each session.

 

Invalid Results 

If your results come back as invalid, you can re-take the assessment once.  If the results are still invalid, you will have to complete 2 classes at $45.00 each.  To avoid this, please be completely honest about your feelings.  This is not a PASS/FAIL test.  It is simply a range. 

 

I will call you to schedule an appointment to review your results.  

 

Upon the program completion, a letter will be written and given to you to give to the court, stating you have completed the program and a request for the court to release you.

 

There are no refunds.

 

RUSH Assessments

If you need your evaluation RUSHED, the fee is $200 for the assessment. A rushed assessment is if you have to go back to court within a two week period.
